Help Me Build Something New (And Deeply Needed)

Hello my friends,

I’m building something I believe the world urgently needs:

A new kind of platform that helps people let go of painful or unresolved life experiences that keep them stuck in the past.

It’s called LetMeGo, and it’s not a therapy bot or journaling as you know it.

LetMeGo offers science-backed Emotional Resolution Tools that help people process what they’ve been carrying - using writing, voice, and powered by AI - setting them free from the cycle of repeating thoughts and emotions.

And it all starts with one thing: understanding your own unique style of letting go.   The proprietary assessment then matches people with the tools that are tailored to their unique processing style.

That’s where I’d love your help.

I’m inviting 50 friends, family, and trusted connections to take part in a validation test of the Letting Go Assessment.

Your part: Take the assessment twice (15 mins each time), 5-10 days apart.

This helps me test whether the results hold steady and get some early feedback on what its like to complete the assessment.

You’ll also notice a short extra section at the end of the assessment. This helps me compare this tool to well-established psychological frameworks, improve scoring accuracy, and spot any new questions that might make future versions even better.

It's completely anonymous.
